Terms and Conditions for The Sleep Cue
When booking a consultation or package with The Sleep Cue, you agree to the following:

To follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS, AAP and WHO recommendations.

To check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

To disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant which my baby has.

Full Payment for all packages will be required prior to starting. Once the payment is received in full, you will receive acknowledgment and approximate time of receiving your plan.

Payment options include bank transfer only.

I understand that my sleep assessment solution is meant for my baby and I only and should not be shared with a third party, I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child.

Payments to The Sleep Cue are non-refundable. By purchasing a package with The Sleep Cue, you understand and acknowledge that notwithstanding all efforts of The Sleep Cue, in some cases the child concerned may not change their sleep habits.

Should illness or other unforeseen circumstances arise, and we are unable to go ahead with this booking, you will have 6 months to reschedule and use any of The Sleep Cue’s sleep support options (pending availability).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Disclaimer
The Sleep Cue does not offer any medical advice, services, or treatment to any client.
If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue, we urge you to contact your doctor or GP immediately. If I have any concerns whilst working together, I will recommend a referral. The information written in your baby's sleep plan is not intended nor is implied to be a substitute for medical advice and should be treated as informative and educational purposes only.
Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at The Sleep Cue only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen.
The Sleep Cue shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, these terms and conditions, or from your reliance on any information provided by The Sleep Cue.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent The Sleep Cue from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
The Sleep Cue is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this service you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
