A free 15 minute sleep consultation happens at a scheduled time where we talk through your child's sleep concerns and how The Sleep Cue can tailor a personalised sleep plan to suit your needs and achieve your goals.
Safe Sleep
The Sleep Cue follows the AAP's safe sleep guidelines and will help to educate families on the importance of safe sleep.
Starting Solids
The Sleep Cue can help support you and your little one on the big developmental milestone of starting solids. Sleep and nutrition go hand in hand. We can assess readiness, and offer support on how and when to start and what foods to introduce.
Support Through Sleep Regressions
Sleep regressions can be a challenging time. The Sleep Cue can offer support, knowledge and advice through our tailored sleep plans to better understand what age regression your child is going through and what we can do to support them.
Tailored Sleep Plan
The Sleep Cue offers phone consultations and holistic, tailored sleep plans from ages 3 months up to 5 years.
Every child has different temperaments and sleep needs, and every family has unique parenting styles. Here at The Sleep Cue we take all of this into account and tailor a plan specific to your child and family, respecting your voice as the parent.
Newborn Guide

Here at The Sleep Cue we believe in helping parents through the first 3 months, "The fourth trimester."
That's why we have put together a comprehensive newborn guide to help guide you through the newborn weeks, and help to gently set up healthy sleep habits whilst still enjoying your newborn cuddles.
