This package is ideal for parents that require a sleep evaluation, a personalised age-appropriate routine, including feeding, nutrition and settling techniques as well as support for one month.

The Newborn Baby Package....
This package is for 0-3 months. This package is designed to help parents know exactly what to expect for the first 3 months including sleep expectations, routines and gentle settling techniques. This is also a great bundle to gift as a baby shower gift!
Tune Up Package $195
This package is for previous clients who need a little tune up to get sleep back on track.
Follow on Support
You can purchase an additional 3 days to one week of support (via text or email- limited to one text or email per day) which can be used within 2 months of finishing original package.
Please note- Support does not come with a new plan or sleep logs.
Twins
No additional charge for twins, unless two separate sleep plans are required. In which case the second twin will be $50.
