• A comprehensive personalised sleep evaluation emailed to you including a personalised sleep plan and routine discussing sleep environment, age appropriate awake windows, feeding and nutrition routines, nap and bedtime routines, and relevant handouts on settling techniques that reflect and respect your parenting style.

• A 30 minute phone consult before you implement your plan to answer any questions you may have.

Please note- This plan does not come with sleep-log support. If you require further support you will need to purchase a follow-on support package which must be used within 2 months of receiving your tailored sleep plan.
